For a website that likes moustaches as much as this one does, the video below, featuring Joe Somar of the band The Fugue, made our week. OK, our month. It’s a glorious exit interview from an episode of “The People’s Court,” and though we haven’t seen the full episode, we can infer that Somar won his case (woot!), since the winning litigant exits the courtroom second.

Somar’s interview is so laden with irony, that the generally smug and unflappable “Hallway Guy” Curt Chaplin is left all but speechless. The most genius thing about the interview (aside from the shirt, glasses, haircut and loud crashing noise in the background) however is the way Somar gets Curt to walk right into his trap. He baits the line and waits for a nibble. And nibble he does. Somar’s timing on his closing line is impeccable.

Curt: So, you were the storage guy for him?

Joe: Yeah it was fun.

Curt: Fun?

Joe: I just feel emancipated right now. It’s been weighing heavy on me.

Curt: What do you mean?

Joe: I haven’t slept in like eight days.

Curt: Really?

Joe: It’s hard. It’s hard being me.

Curt: Really?

Joe: Yeah.

Curt: What’s the hardest part about being you?

Joe: Moustache.
